Debbie Fliehman

….Debbie, will present “Create Your Footprint for the Future

As you follow our character, In-a-Rut, you’ll learn what you can do to make changes when you feel life isn’t going your way.   Do you feel a need to make changes and improvements in your job, position, or situation?  Are you finding yourself frustrated with your colleagues, friends, your schedule or responsibilities?  Are you dissatisfied with the way you perceive yourself and how others perceive you?  Does your overall attitude these days need a tune-up?  You’ll learn how to put a plan in place, work the plan and evaluate the results.  Anyone can do it.  Once you’ve mastered this pathway, you’ll be able to control your situation and make changes with confidence.  And you’ll find yourself able to help other rise to the occasion, as well.

In Debbie’s position as a corporate marketer, she deals with many diverse situations and personality types.  Her close work with individuals at all levels and what they have to deal with on a day-to-day basis combined with her observations of how they deal with change, provide her with the insights and ability to share ways people make changes to manage their personal and professional challenges. On a regular basis, she finds herself helping individuals take positive actions, acting as an unofficial job and relationship counselor, branding and marketing companies, products, services and people, helping others make sense of and deal with change and encouraging others to think positively and keep moving forward.

You don’t want to miss this presentation!

Do you love public speaking but hate doing webinars and leading online meetings or conference calls? You’re not alone. There are actually biological and psychological reasons we freak out a little when asked to present online. The problem is that to do business in the 21stCentury, online presenting skills are an important part of the professional speaker’s tool kit.

Join Wayne Turmel, author of 6 Weeks to a Great Webinar and Meet Like You Mean It- a Leader’s Guide to Painless and Productive Virtual Meetings for this informative, high-energy and candid discussion of why we don’t like to present online, and how to get over it.

Wayne Turmel is a writer, speaker, and the president of GreatWebMeetings.com. For nearly a decade he has helped people learn to present, sell, train and lead people and teams using today’s webinar and virtual conferencing tools. He’s spoken at conferences and events all over the world, and his first novel, The Count of the Sahara received Honorable Mention at the 2015 Great Midwest Book Festival.
